You must be resident in the UK for a minimum of 3 years and a member of the EU/EEA or Spouse or Child of such National or fall under one of the following categories:
- Asylum Seeker
- Refugee
- Indefinite Leave to Remain
- Exceptional Leave to Remain

You will be liable for Full Payment of fees. |

| Unemployed: |
Evidence of any Registered or Means Tested Benefit you or (the person you are dependent on) is currently receiving, e.g.
- Jobseeker Allowance
- Income Support
- Housing Benefit
- Council Tax Benefit
- State Pension/widows/er Pension
- Working Tax Credit (Income below £15,000 Per Annum)
- DSS
- NASS (Asylum Support Service)

You need to provide proof of your age and must NOT be engaged in Employment or any Funded Training. |

| None of the above: |
If you do not fall within any of the above categories, then you will be treated as an International (fee paying) Student and will be liable for the full payment of your fees. |
