• Green - Construction Site Operative
• Blue - Experienced Worker/Craft
• Gold - Advanced Craft/Supervisory
• Platinum - Management
• Black - Senior Management
• Yellow - Professionally Qualified Person
• Yellow - Visitor (no construction skills)
•  White  - Construction Related Occupation
