Level 3 Certificate in the Requirements For Electrical Installation BS7671: 2008 (17th Edition - 2382-10)
The course is primarily designed for practising electricians with relevant experience and other allied professionals e.g. surveyors, consultants and other trades needing to upgrade and enhance their understanding of IEE Wiring Regulations.
The course is intended to ensure that candidates are conversant with the format, contents and application of the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671: 2008 (17th Edition).
The aims of the qualification are to meet the needs of candidates who work in the Building Services Engineering Sector, such as Electricians, and those who need to demonstrate the knowledge of the IEE 17th Edition Wiring Regulations.
The course is made up of 1 multiple-choice on-line test.
The course is for candidates who have achieved one of the following qualifications which address the requirements for BS7671:
- City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Electro-Technical Technology (2330-07 or 2360 Part 2)
The duration of the course shown as following:
- 1-day /week for 3 weeks or
- 3 days (i.e. from Monday to Thursday). This mode is normally run on demand for organisations.
