From the 1st of September 2007 the compulsory requirement to have an Energy Performance Certification (EPC) with the Home Information Pack (HIP) on every home coming onto the market in England and Wales. A qualified Home Inspector can produce Home Condition Report (HCR) in addition to the Home Information Pack (HIP).

It is a 5 days course (one day a week; from 9am. - 5pm.). Initial assessment learning pack and instructions will be conducted and issued at the beginning of the course.

All candidates successfully passing the examinations and the assessment will be awarded the City & Guilds 6020-02 Level 4 Diploma Home Inspector.
We will register you with the awarding body and apply for certification upon successful completion of the course.
