About the course
The course is primarily designed for practising electricians with relevant experience and other allied professionals e.g. surveyors, consultants and other trades needing to upgrade and enhance their understanding of IEE Wiring Regulations.
Course content
The Certificate is essential for all practising electricians or those who haven't achieved a qualification against the last amendment of the 16th edition. It could also lead to a career as an inspector or surveyor. You could move on to qualifications in Inspection, Testing, Design and Certification of Electrical Installations (2392).

The aims of the qualification are to meet the needs of candidates who work in the Building Services Engineering Sector, such as Electricians, and those who need to demonstrate the knowledge of the IEE 17th Edition Wiring Regulations.
